Team Experience
Served as Architect of Record (AOR) for over 600 projects including new stores and major renovations for both leased spaces and ground-up buildings in 15 states across the US.
Panda Express Experience
Served as AOR and lead the project development team performing all key tasks from initial entitlements through construction management for 12 new restaurants in five states.
Created new prototype retail store designs for Blue Nile Diamonds, Oil Changers, and One AZ Credit Union to optimize store operations, enhance branding, and improve unit cost efficiencies. Developed a multi-year roll out plan for implementation of the new prototype design.

Acted as AOR for the owners/developers of multiple retail shell buildings for tenants such as Starbucks, Chipotle, Amazon Fresh, and Chase Bank including coordination of design and MEP requirements.
